diabetes CLASS
This month will be starting a new 8-week diabetes class! This will help our clients who are diabetic or pre-diabetic. Make sure to call our office at 210-654-7900 to sign up!

big group
Sign up for our next big group session that is from 11:00 am-2:00 pm. Our first guest speaker will be someone from Housing Authority that will be doing a presentation. Our second guest speaker will be Mr. Sorrells from the San Antonio Food Bank. He'll be doing a food demo for our clients. If you would like to join, make sure to give us a call at 210-654-7900!

FOOD PANTRY
Our clients are able to schedule an appointment for the Food Pantry on Wednesday's this month. Each client is able to visit the food pantry twice per month. The hours for the food pantry are from 10:00 am- 2:00 pm. Be sure to schedule an appointment by calling our office at 210-654-7900!
